About us

Welcome to Bream Youth Girls Football Club

Founded in 2015 as Forest of Dean Youth, our club started to give girls a place to play football, learn skills, and build confidence. With few girls-only football options in the Forest of Dean, we wanted to help. In 2018, we joined the FA Wildcats programme to reach more girls. In 2022, we moved to Bream FC and became Bream Youth, which has made our community stronger.

What We Offer

We currently welcome girls in the U10 to U13 age groups, providing a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where every player can thrive—regardless of experience or ability.

• Inclusive Coaching: We understand that everyone learns at their own pace. Our sessions are designed to be fun, engaging, and confidence-building.

• Teamwork & Respect: Our players learn the value of working together and showing respect—on and off the pitch.

• Seasonal Training Venues:

  Summer: Bream Sports Club

  Winter: Freedom Leisure Centre, Lydney

• Match Days: Games are played on Sunday mornings.
